Our winter holiday

We have visited this hotel for some years and have always enjoyed our visits. The staff in all departments are a credit to the Riviera. Hopefully we will be back next JanFeb.

FORMIDABLE
Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le service et la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que son efficacité. Nous avons aimé la qualité et la variété des repas, ainsi que le service de placement aux heures daffluence A notre arrivé dans la chambre une attention toute particulière nous attendait : MERCI. La chambre, était très confortable avec son très grand lit ses équipements annexes et la vue sur la mer Un parking, disponible gratuitement vient compléter le tout Merci à toute léquipe

Excelente hotel en primera linea de playa
Mi estancia a sido fantastica, nada mas llegar nos obsequiaron con una botella de champan y bandeja de fruta, ademas de una botella de vino, el servicio de habitaciones genial, el personal superamable y ls ubicacion fenomenal y de regalo una hora gratis en un fabuloso spa con jacuzi y piscina , volveré seguro

Excellent Hotel
This is the fourth time we have stayed here and we feel very much at home. The staff, as well as being very friendly, have been the same people each time we come so this consistency gives us confidence that we have made the correct decision in coming here.

2 night stay.
Had stayed eleven nights in Marbella and decided to stay in Benalmadena for 2 nights on way back to the airport. I hadnt stayed in Benalmadena since 1994 so was interested in seeing it again. Very happy with hotel Riviera and side sea view. Excellent location and helpful staff. Very nice touch bottle of water and bottle of wine which unfortunately could drink as had a bottle of wine with us.

A fabulous January break
Spent a great 5 days at the Riviera, weather was perfect, food excellent, lots of fish on the menu my favourite staff all very good- especially the gent on the cooking range, who took a pride in giving everyone perfectly cooked food, Bedroom well furnished and modern. My only criticisms are that there was no airconditioning inJanuary only heating, and our room was so hot that we had to leave the balcony door open all night. Also the fridge, was only a cooler and not cold enough to chill a bottle of wine, and made the bedroom hotter. Both these things were exactly the same last January!

Amazing
I’ve stayed in a lot of 4 hotels and riviera has topped the lot From the maid to management are the friendliest kindest respectful staff I have ever met The rooms perfect everything you would ever need Food actually had flavour just beautiful and the chief could not have been kinder The hotel reception is so comfortable and even the corridors smell fresh I can not praise them enough I will be back Is
