4 días en el hotel
La habitación tenía bonitas vistas a la playa, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, no faltaba detalle, el buffet del desayuno muy bueno y con variedad, la piscina genial ya que cuenta con tumbonas con vistas al mar y la ubicación genial, ya que hay todo lo necesario por la zona. Lo peor fue encontrar aparcamiento en los alrededores, el horario de la piscina, que cierra a las 18:00h y la animación que no vimos ya que acaba muy pronto al igual que el cierre del bar, supongo que por las restricciones.

Muy bien en general
Es un hotel muy agradable en todos los sentidos, ubicacionprimera línea de playa, el personal muy amable y profesional, habitaciones amplias y buenas vistas así como el servicio de habitaciones muy eficaz y amable, desayuno de una calidad, cantidad y variedad excepcional. En recepción la srta. SILVIA todo amabilidad y profesionalidad, y finalmente todos coordinados por su director Sr. D. MIGUEL JIMENEZ siempre atento a los clientes de tal modo que es el motivo que el Hotel Rivera Benalmadena sea modelo de hotel de la costa del sol.

Excellent holiday
Arrived 3rd to 10th March. First time in hotel. Enjoyed immensely. Fantastic location on promenade. Food was excellent. Looking forward to returning again.

Well done Riviera
Arrived on 133 and were given room we requested again. Unfortunately on 143 Spain went into lockdown. Despite this all the staff remained friendly and professional during this difficult time. Quite a few emotional tears were shed by all. The General Manager contacted us personally and told us not to worry that they would look after us until our departure on 273 We tried to get earlier flight home with Jet 2 but they said at this time they would not be flying us home earlier. We managed to get alternative flights with Ryanair and Reception very kindly printed off our new boarding passes etc. assisting us in every way. Dining room staff were excellent amidst all their personal worries at this time. On day of our departure General Manager approached us again and said not to worry if flight was cancelled at airport - we were just to return to the hotel where our room would be available for us. What more can you ask for at this trying time, it was very reassuring to us and very emotional all round. We say to all staff A BIG THANK YOU STAY SAFE HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN SOON

Hotel Riviera
We were very impressed with the hotel especially the fridge and the tea making facilities missing from most foreign hotels. The fruit and wine was a very nice touch. We would certainly use this hotel again in the future.

Riviera Feedback
Hotel and staff and location was excellent, food good the only minor issue was that the room was very hot in the evening and the air conditioning was switched off. our room and large balcony was otherwise superb. Big thanks to all the staff.

Excellent Breakfast
This is a lovely hotel only slightly spoiled by the terraced grounds. Could be easily considered as 5 with provisions of Robes, slippers, ice machines and free towels. Personnel were excellent but confusion as who were hotel and who were TUI

Waar voor je geld.
Hotel ligt centraal en is makkelijk te bereiken. Bushalte tegenover het hotel voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Fuengirola of Mijas. De kamer die wij hadden op de 6e etage 2personen is groot genoeg met 1 groot 2 persoons-bed, badkamer met twee wasbakken, toilet en inloopdouche. Nadeel in de winterperiode, de airco is uitgeschakeld. Het was te warm in de kamer voor een aangename kamer-temperatuur. Wel is er snel een ventilator aangeboden om het wat aangenamer te maken. De matrassen in onze kamer gaven niet het juiste comfort. Dit mag voor ons zeker beter. Verder is het eten uitgebreid en prima. Het entertainment op de avonduren is gevarieerd. Al met al, na wat opmerkingen, wel waar voor je geld.
