Clean hotel in the heart of the action
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless and if you like to be in the think of it then this is the perfect hotel! Our only dissatisfaction was that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. We notified reception straight away but was told that it did work and was on a timer. We left it another day until we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t connected so went back to reception where we were told maintenance would look at it. Unfortunately that was too late for us as we were only staying for 3 nights but hopefully the next guests won’t have such uncomfortable night sleeps!

Fantastic!!
What a quality hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not normally a fan of all inclusive food, but I was more than happy with the meal time choices and how they were cooked. Only thing I can mention is the snack available outside of meal times. The baguettes werent great. Also you need a better Tequila, but thats just small compared to everything good about it.

Fantastic
Whole holiday was amazing from start to finish. Staff are fantastic and work so hard. Nothing is too much. Location is perfect. Overall brilliant stay!

Fabulous holiday

Excellent hotel
Stayed for 5 nights can’t fault this hotel everything about it is first class really think this should be a 4 star hotel

Hotel Riudor
The Hotel was very comfortable and the food was good. However the Television in my elderly mothers room did not work at all despite numerous complaints. The reason this issue is important is that my mother has mobility problems and often likes to rest in her room watching television. It was unfortunate that the staff did not take the complaint seriously. We did enjoy our stay apart from that.

Great Hotel
Fabulous Hotel. We have stayed at the Riudor on many occasions now and we won’t go anywhere else. The location is good, staff is very friendly. The one problem we have is the food needs to be hotter. We will return.

New year
Brilliant hotel and location,rooms great but food never seemed to be warm.Hotel was due to be closed for refurbishment so maybe this was a contributing factor to cold food .Hopefully refurb will keep the comfortable seats and not those in regente hotel bar area.
