Great stay!
Booked 4 rooms for 2 night stay March 24 had a fantastic positive experience staff were lovely and very helpful food fantastic hotel is in perfect position and close to everything in Benidorm will definitely be back!

Repeat visit - all good
Having stayed for 10 nights in March 2023, we didnt hesitate to return again for 11 nights from 12th March 2024. Comfortable beds in clean comfortable rooms. Excellent location for the night life. Not too noisy if you need an early night - patio doors shut out much of the noise. Food excellent and dining room never too busy. We were All Inclusive and didnt feel the need to go out for food. Plenty of choice, lots of grilled fish and salmon and all th other usual choices. Sunny pool area up until about 4.30 - would be sunny later as season progresses. Excellent bar service and drinks plenty strong enough. Whats not to like? We will definitely return when we want a good, clean hotel close to the nightlife.

Fabulous hotel
Just bak from another fabulous holiday 2nd stay this year so far.. staff where amazing as always ... will defo be back

Everything was spot on, even allocated a room requested with sea view. bathrobes slippers n bottle of wine were nice touche too ! Well be back for sure!

Excellent value
Spent 3 weeks in Feb 2024. Accommodated in room 714, very comfortable bed, slight niggle as no bedside drawer, just an open slot. Loads of cupboard storage. Bathroom massive. Walk in shower brilliant. Choice & quality of food superb. Out most nights so unfair to rate entertainers. Staff friendly and efficient when needed.

Aceptable
El personal fue muy amable y atento. La limpieza es mejorable, se llevaron toallas y no nos dejaron recambio, cadáveres de mosquitos en las paredes. Escaso aislamiento acústico de la habitación, se oía el ruido de la calle. Los ascensores son insuficientes para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel, hay momentos en los que hay que esperar varios minutos hasta que llega el ascensor y tener la suerte de que no esté lleno.

Great hotel. Staff are excellent great location. Staying for 21nights the entertainment is repeative been to the hotel many times already booked for next year entertainer host Norbay 1st class but the medplaya shows have been done to many times!!

Service very good
I have stayed here several times over the last 12 years or more. The staff are all very helpful. The hotel is very clean.I will be back again in May.Thank all the staff for me .
