Food a let down

Estancia bastante bien
El hotel esta bastante bien. Los ascensores en hora punta de comidas es una locura para llegar a la habitacion. El bufet podia tener mas calidad y ser comida mas elaborada en vez de fritos.

Hotel
This Hotel was superb in everyway. From arrival to departure. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. In the dining room a very good choice of food. Looking forward to our next visit.

November 16th
I have stayed in the hotel before. The hotel room I thought when I booked the quadruple the extra room would be seperated With a door like the pictures. The toilet door lock wont lock. Its damaged. The tea and coffees etc werent topped up daily as the hotel room should be I was told by reception. We only had breakfast. It was good for what it was. Staff very good and friendly Location good but dont like the lane outside Quite dangerous for muggers Overall good.

We always have club service,for the last 10 years or so this year the room wasn’t until we complained,the service was provided after diner around 8 ish, the room was very cold ,spoke to receptionist,but nothing happened, the rooms are a little grubby now,in need of a bit of attention, the gala diner is not as good has it used to be ,no cava now ,the standards have dropped prices have increased. The lifts,well that is another storey. Generally the hotel is value for money

Holiday
Lovely as always but there were few issues, room needs to be swept better, dust all over floor, room needed to be better for 3 people had better room before all the changes were made, need more storage IE drawers, tea n coffee not stocked up daily, only had some on 1st day when arrived, food could be better for wot you pay, better sunbeds with moveable backs old ones where better, youve got to be the only place that put prices up, wasnt impressed, your entertainment is diabolical was better with old lot, your lifts still need sorting, they was bad a few years ago an still no better, not sure if I will return

I dont understand your question
Comprendo q la mayoría de sus clientes son ingleses yo afortunadamente entiendo el idioma ya q vivi 33 años en Inglaterra pero mi pareja no , y a los británicos les encanta el flamenco, show q podían añadir al espectáculo así disfrutaríamos todos de vez en cuando ,para los españoles no hay entretenimiento donde están nuestros bailarines y cantantes? Por lo referente al hotel muy bien volveremos
