Grata estancia
He quedado gratamente sorprendida. Me ha parecido un buen hotel con buenas instalaciones y el personal encantador en especial Alberto el animador, Nabil y Marco del bar de la piscina y en recepción José Manuel o Juan Manuel que no recuerdo el nombre pero fue increíble. Si vuelvo en gran parte será por la gente que trabaja allí.

Excelente
BUENO SOBRE MI EXPERIENCIA LLEGAMOS JUSTO AL CIERRE DEL RESTAURANTE PARA LA COMIDA Y NOS DEJARON COGUER Y COMER Y JUSTO LAS TRES QUE ES EL CIERRE DEL RESTAURANTE NOS PREGUNTARON SI QUERIAMOS COGUER ALGO PARA PARA ELLOS ESPERAR UN MOMENTO, TAMBIEN PUEDO DECIR LA COMIDA MUY VARIADA EN TODLS SUS ASPECTOS. HIGIENE Y ORDENDE 10, PERSONAL EXCELENTE, AMABLES MUCHA CALIDAD HUMANA.

Hotel muy recomendable
Tengo que destacar la profesionalidad de todo el personal recepcionistas, limpiadoras, camareros, cocineros, NACHO…, súper atentos y súper amables!!! Muy buen buffet y muy buena animación. No dudéis que volveremos pronto!!! Nos ha encantado!!! Muchas gracias.

Honest Comments.
In general a good hotel all the staff from the reception to barrestaurant etc we found them very helpful in all aspects of our stay. The only downfall we endured was that the rooms were stifling hot ,the reason being is that they would not put the air conditioning on in May although the temperatures during our stay warranted this the rooms were like a oven . we booked the Regente hotel through the med playa website and paid for a air conditioned room , but this was not the case for this reason we will not be going back to this hotel or any other med playa hotel if they have the same policy in May again we will choose a different hotel unless the hotel changes it policy. We have to say that we were totally uncomfortable in this room sweating through the night unable to sleep etc. A shame really because we liked this hotel, but for the said reasons.

Beautiful stay
Had a great time for my 8 day stay Room was lovely Food was excellent Staff were very polite and very efficient at there job A bit sad at the entertainment I know it wasn’t there fault that the neighbours couldn’t stand the volume off music but that’s what you get if you live next door to a resort so suck it up buttercup that’s what I say Reception was airy and well cleaned but the plants needed watering poor things lol We had the gold band so we thought that we got bottles of water free but we only amazed at the bar staff giving us a glass of water I found that bad as I watched one of the men washing the ash tray in the same sink very off putting for a non smoker But all in all had a great time
